Discovery Wine Shipments
Rogue Valley Wine Country Discover Club wines will ship during the months of February, June, October. If you join the Club in a month we ship, you will receive your first Discovery in the month you join. If you join the Club in a month between shipments, you will receive your first Discovery on the next scheduled shipment date. For example, if you join in May, you will receive your first shipment in June; if you join in October, you will receive your first shipment in October.
When delivering alcohol FedEx Drivers will ask for an adult signature and to scan ID. Acceptable forms of ID include: state issued drivers license, any government issued ID, or passport. The information obtained is First Initial, Last name and DOB. The DOB is obtained to verify age but is NOT STORED. Recipients may decline to have their ID scanned, but will still need to present their ID to the driver and sign the powerpad.
NOTE: If the recipient refuses to scan their ID and also refuses to sign, the driver will return your shipment to us and you will be charged to reprocess the delivery.

Club Pricing and Billing Information
Club level pricing is based on the price of the wines in each Club level and does not include taxes (where applicable) or shipping costs. FedEx shipping is based on shipping zone and varies by club level. Your credit card will be charged 14 days before the scheduled shipment date. You will receive an email with payment confirmation and shipping information.
Because each shipment is carefully curated to reflect the region’s best wines of the season, prices for each club level may vary from shipment to shipment, but will not exceed the price range for your chosen club. You can sign into your account at any time to make changes to your club level or to switch your choice of mixed or red only options.*
Trailblazer Club – 4 wines shipped 3 times a year at a price range between $95 and $130. Choose from all red wine or mixed red and white options and change as often as you like*
Explorer Club – 6 wines 3 times a year at a price range between $140 and $175. Choose from all red wine or mixed red and white options and change as often as you like*
Adventurer Club – 12 wines 3 times a year at a price range between $315 and $350. Choose from all red wine or mixed red and white options and change as often as you like*
*Change requests must be received at least 21 days prior to the shipping date.

Cancellation Policy
By joining the RVWC Discovery Club you are committing to a minimum of two shipments of wine. Early cancellation will result in a $50 cancellation fee. After you have taken possession of your second shipment, you may cancel at any time.
If you join the Club under a special promotion, you agree to commit to a full year of membership – three shipments in a 12-month period. Early cancellation of promotional memberships will result in a $75 cancellation fee. After you have taken receipt of your third shipment, you may cancel at any time.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 21 days prior to the shipping date.
